Turkey Tail Mushroom Extract is extracted from the fruiting body of Coriolus versicolor (L. ex Franch Chemicalbook.) Quel. (Polystictus versicolor (L.) Franch.) of the Polyporaceae family. It is rich in protein, fat, polysaccharide, polysaccharide peptide, glucan, lignin, amino acids, various inorganic salts and various enzymes such as protease and peroxidase.Trametes versicolor (formerly known as Coriolus versicolor or Polyporus versicolor), also known as colorful cloud coriolus or varroa, is the fruiting body or mycelium of the plant Trametes versicolor of the Polyporaceae family. It is rich in protein, fat, polysaccharides, polysaccharide peptides and all glucans, triterpenes, lignin, multiple amino acids and trace elements. There are five other types of monosaccharides in polysaccharide peptides, including rhamnose, galactose, arabinose, mannose and xylose.
