The second, with 70% ethanol extraction three times, 1.5 hours each, after filtration, concentration and so on to get concentrated liquid.

The third, add petroleum ether continuous extraction to colorless (degreasing), continue to concentrate, add lead acetate solution to no precipitation state, after extraction, lead removal, filtration and other processes.

The fourth,Total flavone powder of Epimedium was obtained by concentration and vacuum drying.

• Icariine technology

First, 70% ethanol was added to Epimedium leaves, and the extract was further concentrated.

Secondly, the macroporous resin column on the concentrated solution is washed with water, and then eluted with 40% and 95% ethanol respectively.

Thirdly, 40% ethanol eluent was recovered and concentrated, and then eluted with methanol through silica gel column chromatography to obtain Hyperoside.

Fourthly, 95% ethanol eluent was recovered and concentrated. Icariin was obtained by silica gel column chromatography and methanol elution. When the adsorption column repeatedly adsorbs, the content of icariin becomes higher and higher.
