Echinacea extract is extracted from Echinacea Purpurea and E. agustifolia. The main components are phenolic compounds, and it also contains a variety of alkylamines, flavonoids, polysaccharides and a small amount of volatile oil.Echinacea is a perennial herbaceous flower of the genus Echinacea in the Asteraceae family. It is also known as purple coneflower. The whole plant is covered with coarse stiff hairs and is erect; the base of the stem leaves is slightly amplexicaul; the basal leaves are gradually pointed, with a broad fan-shaped base and extending downward to connect with the petiole, and sparsely serrated on the edges; the capitula is solitary at the top of the branches, the bracts are leathery, with sharp thorns at the ends, a whorl of ligulate flowers, and the central tubular flower protrudes into a hemispherical shape, dark brown, and orange-yellow when in full bloom; the flowers are large and colorful; the flowering period is June to October.It is native to North America and is cultivated in most parts of China.
